Warning Bar Request

I am requesting a warning bar system.

11 Bars please
The first being empty to being more filled up to 10 the last button being totally full. Kind of a backwards warning bar...I am using it for a difficulty rating from 1-10. Would like to us it in my mini profiles would like it to be black outlined with a light blue bar inside...I don't know how to explain it.

Well... you want the bar to be light blue. What colour you want to be the background? (Remember that the 1st image won't have a bar. It will only have a background )

Answer that and I will make them.

Sorry Jalokim but I'm asking for the graphics command generator all the time and I think I become boring to everyone...

Pacific I like the ones with the outline...any way to shorten them up maybe to the size of the ones on here, the help forum and round the edges....Also could you put a number on them 0 through 10 maybe like on the right side of the bars!
