Okay, what you will need to do is.
    Admin Panel>Display>Pictures and Colors>Pics management>Advanced Mode
General / explore=>Background picture (Row title)

Remove the URL & hit save.

    Then go to
    Admin Panel>Display>Pictures and Colors>Colors>Advanced mode
Under the table header frame, Category Header background color: Change that color. So that basically changes the color only.

See if this is what you want.

The problem with that is that bar is not a solid color bar.

It's an image that came in the theme.

You can still change it however, but it's not going to be in the colors, it'll be in the CSS.

    Here's what to do:

    Go to your Administration Panel.
Follow this tab order: Admin > Display > Colors > CSS Stylesheet

Now if you know nothing about CSS, it's still fairly easy to fix.
Scroll through the CSS, at every place you see with a link to an image, copy that and paste it in your browser. When you find the image that matches the said image, that's the one. (It should be organized somewhere in a specific place in the CSS).

Now considering it's an image, here is what you have to do.
Save the image to your computer.
Recolor it with a image editing program, you may want to look up "PC Image Editor", free and great for re-colors.
When you got the desired color, re-upload to the internet.
Then copy and paste the direct link to the image you uploaded, and paste it where the original image is in the code (It's important you enclose it with ' and '. And make sure the image is the direct link, no spelling mistakes.)

Then check it out, you should have the desired color.
You may have to do this with a few other images, and you may want to do it to others to keep the theme up.

    Hope this helps!
