can someone make these a bit smaller?

Exactly as that size, will make the current image look bad. As i will just resize & not recreate them again.
If you can tell me just the width you want, i can do the rest.

And, can you make the background on 'banned' transparent, the cut out stuff, cause I'm going to put it on a black background.

Sorry, but they are too small...

They are the same size of 80 x 20 as are the other ranks which i resized.

Well, when I tried it, it still looked cut out...
