    Solved Edit Post - can I turn off this feature?

    Just a quick question - is it possible to turn off the feature to edit posts.

    If so, will this apply to every topic / category or can I just apply it to the ones of my choice?

    Yes,

    Go to admin panel > general > categories & forums...
    Click on permission button (Edit Post - can I turn off this feature? Perms) and change "Edit its own messages" permissions.
