I don't know why the font color would be so light. You probally have to change your theme and see if that would work.

Admin Panel>>User & Gorups>>Profiles>>Click on 
then highlight the name>>Click on the color and Save.
Do this till your done.

Ight. Its fixed. I didn't really pay attention to the groups which is why I missed that.
