I have a forum at http://justinthrustin.unlimitedboard.com which is an invision version. I am wanting to know how to center and bold the text for the category name... here's a screenshot.

That should center and bold your category if it dont try this

if that dont work then im sorry i don't know

actually it should have worked, although I see you using a specific theme, so you should add this code in ADMIN PANEL >> display >> Colors >> CSS sheet

where your category CSS is, and not in general >> forums , where you created the categories.

It is an HTML code that cannot be added to CSS!

Okay, in the above image I posted, I want "The Stuff" centered and bolded. How do I do it? I didn't use CSS, I went to a site called hitskin, and it installed it for me.....

Hello,

the above (quotes) are the only two plausible may to do such a thing, and I have just tested it all for myself.

My out come was that you can not center a category/forum name.
Reason: the techs have also disabled HTML and BBCodes in the admin panel

Thanks ape! I've decided to delete my forum, I am making a new one right now. Reasons: Unable to do what I want, like when it comes to a category title, and it's very confusing and annoying to be able to manage it, how it is set up is just awkward... thanks!
