    I've beeen trying to find it but still i could't get a site where i can get template with HTML, it comes only with CSS! Confused
    So please give link to a site which has templates with HTML.

    What do you mean a template with html?

    html is the language in which you write a page.
    you can give it structural form, but without the css you won't make it look nice.

    all templates are html ... so you can't find a template with html...
