MY permissions keep getting reset! I had like over 100 users in the permissions and they got rest so i did it again and i just saw that it was reset again help!

Do you have another admin on your board?
If so I would check his credibility, he may be changing the permissions.

You do have a lot of code there... It might possibly be interfering with the php...
otherwise I can't tell much about it without special access and I doubt anyones going to give it to me
Are your users in groups with permissions or all have apart permissions?
(PS I can see no-ones a moderator at the moment because it doesn't give anyones name at the forum descriptions)

The problem with individual permissions is when you reach the limit all the permissions are reset 
May I advise you make hidden groups to regroup those ith similar permissions
