My site is always experiencing downtime, but it seems other sites under you guys don't.

I don't find it fair that I got to be on a server with lots of downtime, while other sites get to be nice and active more than half the time.

Any idea when my server will start working again?

servers are simple machines like all others! They break down without preventing!! It's very random and not depond of us!

we worke hard to repair problems but we cannot guess in what moment it can reproduce!
