I need help with a option,

I know it may be stupid and I should know, but I can't find The Sticky Option like Smf would have it you
would stick it and it would always stay at the top ( Or what that's called).

I can't find it on my fourms, And I know that their is one becuz if I didn't read wrong I saw the sticky option.

When you make a post, its at the bottom to post as: Normal, sticky, announcement

Select sticky

There is always an 'Option' bar right under where you create a new topic. Find that bar and click the '+' sign, and then :
