- At the end of the post you will see something like this "Quick mod tools"
Click on the arrow and choose "Move this Topic"

Lol i said a post not the whole topic , well as for the 2nd question

i know a topic made by other member and now the first post is for another member however member 2 post wasnt the second post of the creator of the topic

Anyone ??? but if i move the topic and make shadow when i delete the original the other will be deleted

You can't copy a topic unless you copy the info and post it again.

You can't move a topic up or down.

When you click on the mod icons there will be on called Split.

Write a new name of the topic>>Click the section you want to move it to>>Then find the topic(s) click the box and click save.
