You can't hide the Stats but you can control it on who can see it.

Admin panel>>In the Home Page>>Click Who is online>>Then select the Who is allowed to view the statistics online ? Click what ever you want.

Then go all the way down to the bottom of the page and look for Google Map Option>> click No>>Save

Try adding this code to Admin CP > Display > Colors > CSS...

Code:

div.h3 , .img-whois , p {
display : none;
}

This will hide stats and who is online.
