I've been having a problem lately where I haven't been notified of new topics when a forum is being watched. I'm watching all forums on my site and notice a bunch of new threads that have been started where I wasn't emailed a notification. I don't know if I'm the only user that this happens to though.

I click on the "watch this forum" for all the separate forums.

Below the last post in a forum there will be a link, "Watch this forum for replies". Also the same is in a post at the bottom as well.

YEs, it will email the user who is watching that topic/forum. I get other emails, but it seems to sometimes miss new topics.

No, because I get some notification emails, but for some reason I've found topics that are new where I didn't know about them.
