all my user report me that edit there are posting problem..

1.) If we use edit feature (HTML is actually off but it's on)
2.) 'Send' Button not shown so we can't post

Most likely a Skin Problem if its happening to everyone try chaniging your skin.

Clean your cache and reinstall the skin or find one that doesn't look like its having problems.

nothing happen i've cleaned cookies + caches and others

reinstall skin and try changing other skin but nothing happen..

so i know this problem is templates looks some my screenshot,, if i use edit quote or reply features it will looks like this..

hmm maybe this code is in wrong section so send button and other things not right..
