ive made the request simpler
now you just have to add text to the animated image i found on the internet

There are not many programs that break up frames, so you can ad text. It would be almost impossible.

nice but i dont think the arceus animations are smoth enough
maby just keap the normal animation like how its animated and add the text onto that
