Nature of the creation : Navigation Bar
Creation size (in pixels) : around 85 pixels by 25 pixels. Any good navigation bar size is fine with me.
With or without animation : I'd prefer an animation for "New PMs" and maybe "Register" and "Log in" but I would just prefer it, but it's not necessary.
Background color : Black, a color to match my forum [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Picture(s) link(s) : No pictures, just a good readable font.
