Try deleting one by one each modules you've installed, and you'll see which one is causing the issue.

So sorry, but I am very new to this.. Its my home/Index page that's blank, not the portal page which now seems to be back to loading correctly. People can't access, register, or post due to the index page not working.
So are you saying that it is something that I have done or not done as opposed to a server issue? Any hints? Thx.

Ok great. I took your suggestion and completely obliterated my modules, one by one, saving, and reviewing as I proceeded.. All the while hoping to see my home/index page load correctly. I even turned off chatbox and calendar. And STILL, I have no home/index page loading. Of course, I also now have no more portal page worth viewing.
PLEASE HELP!

I also have issues on connection with, Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. My website is http://pgcclan.forumotion.com/index.htm . Your forum is showing in broth IE & FireFox. Did you try cleaning your cache?

I have buddy & thanks for your quick response. Am doing a virus scan and malware scan at moment to see if that helps.

halday and MacCleod90 I was also able to go to your forums with Internet Explorer 7.

A while ago I couldn't access my own site, some thought it was due to our ISPs, don't know, then it was fixed. Hope they -or you - solve your problem too.

Thanks, for looking out for me. My particular issue is that even though my site comes up and you can see a banner and tabs...the rest of the index page is blank. Mising content - forum categories etc..
I continue to wait for a solution..I understand everyone must be very busy..but after 4 days, I was hoping to hear more about what's going on. Thx again. And I'm glad to see that McLeod and some of the others are back

Oh, ok.. the rest of your page is indeed missing! Sorry.

There are some frustrating things happening once in a while on forumotion (not blaming or criticizing the mods or techs, just saying ).

I had to wait a few days before my problem got fixed.

I know I'm not helping much but all past issues have been resolved within a matter of days. Don't know if we have more issues than they do with other providers but we sure have a lot of flexibility and ressources to build interesting sites.

Sorry for not posting earlier but my Forum is back up and running. My Isp could not find fault and asked that i try lowering my MTU on the router to 1458 (From 1500) however i also unistalled Avast which i have read on these forums was an issue with some. So maybe it was one off the above, both or just coincidence but if any of the above help any one else with similar issues then its all good. Thanks to all for your help much appreciated...........RE-EDIT....Scrub last seems i have the problem back as off this morning can any Moderator/Admin confirm if an update or maintenance is taking place?. If not please find a solution for us . Thanks....

I've tried clearing my cache, but I'm still only getting a white screen.

um does any of this have to do with the simultaneous server maintenance or is it only a few of them that are getting worked on?
