We are happy to announce that starting from tonight we have created a new group on the support forum, the "Forumotion Officials" group.
The members of this group all work for Forumotion. This way it will be easier for you to recognize the employees of Forumotion from the volunteers. Therefore if you have any problems that volunteers can't answer you can talk to one of them. Another reason for this new group is to simplify and clarify there roles on this forum. As a result, from now on everybody will know from the start who are the non-volunteer and the volunteer staff members thus greatly simplifying the communication process between the members and the staff.
