Hello,
to import a theme the file ol extention of the theme file must be ".bbtheme"... and that one is not available or maybe not easy to find on the net
So, all u have to do is to download a theme pack, upextract it, assign every color to the color management manuallly, upload the images such as buttons and bars, and finally attach the images liks to your forum
try this one
