Its for forum recovery. You can set it back to any day you want.

hello, back again !...for some reason I never received these answers when I asked the question a year ago. However....I just got an email from a new member to my OLD deleted forum. The forum is just as I set it up, and would like to get it going again. I can not access any admin anything., to be able to be active in it. It does let me log in as user. I am so confused and just want the forum back. please help !

I have tried this and it says invalid. I am thinking since I deleted this forum a year ago or so, that it has been hacked ? ( since I just got an email from a new member on a deleted account) Is there another way to get into and manage my forum?
