    how do you make the warning level ranks appear on my fourm like on this one?

    Well first you need all your images.
    If you don't, go to the graphics section and find some.

    Now when you found them, go to your admin panel --> users and groups --> users --> profiles --> create new --> list of images --> add images and text --> save

    EDIT: you can't double post, so be careful!

    umm...
    you can have that easier

    admin panel > users and groups > profiles
    > press that green + to add a new profile field > in that drop down menu choose "a bar" > name it warning level or anything you want"
    > obligatory "no" > display type "icon and text" > who can modify: either check none of them or check moderators if you want them to be able to change warning level > display this field for users that are at least "members"
    at the bottom you can decide how your bar looks like and how many levels there exist
    > save!
