Need help with re-sizing an image and adding Text

Hiya Guy's can anyone increase the size of this so that I can add some text to the top and bottom, I only want to add a small line of text at the top center like this SRI BG and at the bottom center Transport to your future but I don't want the quality to reduce to much I have tried a simple re-size program but it loses to much of it's clarity, and I also need to keep it all in proportion.

though it helps if u gave the font color... I used red since it wasn't used in the actual picture
