I dont seem to be able to pm usergroups, I get the error message as shown below!

Any ideas on how to get this fixed?

Make sure you have typed in the name correctly, not too sure if its case-sensitive, but getting the spelling is essential. Also use the the Find a username, which will get you a list of usernames. You can just type in the first letter, or * for all users.

Spelling wouldnt have been wrong as its selected from drop down list! To select every user would take far too long as there are 100 members in the user group. Problem has only occurred since the change over???

Yeah i have noticed this too, but i haven't found a way around it.
