hello,
the automatic backup is a kind of a coppy of your forum wich allow you to restor it to a previous day if there is a problem! for example, if today an admin decide to delate all your forum topics you can make a backup to yesterday and your forum will get back all lost topics!

How can i enter to that? it needs username & password. But which username & password do it need?
