help it says that admins have chosen not to allow any more members on my site!. I checked the admin panel, and it says "yes allow new members" bu when i click regester it still says that i can't (yes this is my website, but its still in editing so i wanted to make sure everything worked)
oh and sorry i made this in the connection part before- someone can delete it.
