Do not allow replys in announcements

Why do we have replys enabled in the announcements, it's really annoying as we're missing out on other releases. For example:
    https://help.forumotion.com/tricks-tips-f32/add-an-image-to-the-rank-name--customizing-ranks-t57595.htm

How many people saw that, it was immediate put down because of the multi forum and replys from that topic.

There's an only topic for recent updates in GD. And replys in that forum tend to be support.

    Hello Tilum, Hello

Just would like to point out to you, that this was suggested a long time ago, Wink

I, also hate this. Members bumping up topics, and if Typlo posts a very important update, and you only got like 5 minutes on the computer, then you have a high chance of missing it, TT

And, when you log off, that's all it takes for it to go "bye bye", huhohi

Already suggested this for the upcoming staff meeting.

I'll lock this since we already have a suggestion open.
