    I'm not 100 percent positive, but you copy and paste your code into the CSS box.

    Go to Display-color-then css sheet-paste in the body and make sure you activate or deactivate your code.

    If you made a skin/theme on another forum that isn't Forumotion you will need to copy the pics one by one and add them to the admin panel under pic management

    For the CSS if you have any you will need to put that in the Admin Panel >> Display tab>> Color >> CSS

    There isn't any other way then this.

    Hope this is what you are talking about.
