Button Request

I need this button: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] to say Delete, Edit, Online, PM, Thanks, make another Thanks but make this one faded in, Email, Profile, I.P.

I need this button: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] to say Post Reply, Multi-Quote, make another Multi-Quote but make this one have red edges or something that looks like the red Multi-Quote Picture at the bottom of this post, Topic Closed, Upload Picture, No New Posts, Topic Locked

Just one more thing... can you guys make this button blink?[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
