    Ugh i am really bad at this lol bwi

    so a lot of people are spamming in my forum games section and i tried to make it so that they can post there but it doesn't go towards their post count. However, i accidently moved one of the topics to the "basket" and now i can't recover it! That is my first problem; how can i recover it ?

    Another problem was the one i just stated; is there a way to make it so that they can post but it doesn't go towards thier post count?
