I didn't really know where to put this, so please move if need be.

At my board, , someone is trying to register using the name "CaliBabeWV", but the person kept getting a "name already in use" message. So I checked the memberlist, and there is no "CalibabeWV". The girl registered with a different user name, and I said I would change it...but when I do go to change it, I get the "name already in use" message. I decided to see if I could contact this CaliBabeWV Phantom, and low and behold, I get a "This on these user(s) do not exist : CaliBabeWV" message.

What's going on? Can someone help, please?

Go to your admin panel & try looking in Users & Groups > inactive users and see if that name is there.

If it is, you can try activating it, but that rarely seems to work, so you might need to delete it & they can try again.

It is possible that in the past have been a user with that name and were deleted.Try to register with a unusual user,and verify.

If user names are deleted, then they are deleted, that user name becomes available again. As I said earlier, I suspect her registration went wrong, finding it & deleting it should cure it.
