If you don't have access to it then the admin of the forum didn't give moderators the option to it.

First of all, sorry for the bold. I post in bold in the forum I'm in so I'm used to it.
Second of all, yes, the admins allowed the mods to get on the report list, I just don't know how to access it. I can't find a single link anywhere.
