how do you make the pix above small like that and when people click on it, it link to large pix? I want to do that cause when I make some wallpaper and post it on my forum. It was too large that it take all the space of my forum.

actually its automatic when your pic is too large

Admin. Panel> General> Messages & e-mails Configuration>Images re-size---Set the limitations you'd like.
