Requesting Bnner Please

Well I dont need any format for this sinc eits editorial.
Well I have created a new forum but I want the same banner of my previous which i deleted but there is some editing to do.

I want it change from amazing sports forum to HQ Sports without forum on it and remove the establishment date.
