Logo Request

I have a banner for my forum but need it changed to a logo. Its for selling clothing and such for my forum: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I need this made with transparent background if possible but PLAIN white will do (no gray). It needs to be very big, 2000 pixels X 2000 pixels. And be in PNG format. Hope this is even possible without recreating it from scratch

Yeah thnx, but it just needs to be really big.
I tried going on CS2, but Iv never done it before. I got the Guild Wars 2 Wallpaper off the site with the big dragon on it. Think its 1600x1200. I managed to cut out the dragon but I cant make it blend out or make it transparent. I dunno how to make the text nice either. You prob wont be able to make the banner I got that big without making it distort alot.
