    I have a problem with the posts in PunBB, there is a large white space between the post and the signature. Like in this picture shown below:

    I figured its because of the profile to the right? But is there any way to edit the template to remove this white space.

    You can't modify this one, the space is given by the lenght of the profile info. The message space is added because the buttons under the message must be aligned (the contact buttons and the edit, quote etc butons). The same space it's in the phpbb2 version as well.
    You can also allow some big signatures which will fill the empty space.
