actually the picture that you provided wouldn't fix in that
600 x 300
so we are having a hard time expanding it without reducing its quality.

Here's the picture blown up to 750 x 625 so you can do what ya need to do
The original dragon images that were pasted on the green had some pixelated edges that I couldn't get rid of that show up a little now. I think your gradient overlay will hide all that. I was able to get rid of most the compression artifacts though.
