Buttons Request Please

I run a Rottweiler Forum and one of my members sent me this pic they found online
I was wondering if someone could so me a set of nav bar buttons like this
But instead of the board the dog is holding could it be blue or green (light for both)

I'll do it, I just don't have a lot of time, so here, you can make em yourself if you want.

Here they are. Some of them are a bit squished but i can make them a smaller font if you don't think they look good
