Is it possible to make a noise like msn when a new message comes?

Ummm its possible, just have to do some codding. I am using a Forumotion chatbox that makes noise right now. I'm trying to figure how it works but I hope I can get this to work for you guys.

actually, this is different, the problem here is about the chatbox, where you can put sound in it, but this post by rono is about making a sound when someone enters your forum
