Well, I am glad that content was removed. But I love it. I have used it so much. The OS is the best one yet. The multitasking doesnt work quite yet. all the apps haven't been updated. But the folders and the mail is amazing

No. It just isn't compatible with multitasking til the developers of the apps add the code into the app.

Backed up fine and everything. I hate multitasking though, it drains the battery and I have to keep double-pressing home and holding down the icons to delete them every time I quit an app... I wish you could turn it off somehow.

I love the orientation lock (Double press home and swipe so you go left to the music player, it's the left option)

I also like folders... To an extent. They only show 9 apps but you can have 12 in them. Means 3 are cut off.

I do like the wallpapers. I had to choose one with coloured bars going across the screen so the picture wouldn't look like it had been cut in half upon opening a folder though.

Legend, how do you get the wallpaper inside on the screen where the applications are? Also how do you get the multi tasking to work? I have figured the folders out.

Multitasking is automatic. Not all apps are designed to work with it yet.
Multitasking is basically if you close an app, it appears when you double-press home and press on the app icon. Hold down the icon and press - to delete.
(Ones that are designed to work with Multitasking open where you left off if you re-open them)

For the screen of apps wallpaper, go to images (the sunflower icon thing) and go look at the image you want. Press the arrow coming out of the box on the bottom left of the picture (Press picture once to make the icons show up) and say set as wallpaper.
    Press set.
Set as Home Screen (Lock icon is where you drag your finger to turn on)

If you have an 8 Gig iPod Touch it's definitely 2nd Generation, and multitasking and wallpapers aren't enabled for them. =( I have the same.

Well problem is the hardware will not handle it on the the first gens. Multitasking is only for iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 3g 32,64GB models only. Same with backgrounds. The hardware will not handle those two tasks. So your out of luck if you don't have one of those three models or an iPhone 4. Who has the iPhone 4?

iOS 4 is great, but it's a shame that us, users of older iPhone 2Gs don't have the ability to update Sad
