Over one thousand links per page. And that's assuming people just put a link
Now imagine everyone displaying an image in their signature
Over one thousand 0.003 seconds longer to load each page (not including slow browsers). And that's assuming people put small images
Now imagine an army of trolls, flashy colors, big pictures and the whole thousand of them at it.
Need I say more or can we rally the execution squad?
