I need new topic buttons

Nature of the creation : The Clickable buttons on a forum post
Creation size (in pixels) : I'm not really sure of what size to put, but they need to be somewhat small
With or without animation : no animation please
Background color : it's mostly black but it has magentas, teals, greens, reds, oranges, and lighter blues running through it
Picture(s) link(s) : only the new topic (eighth note), Reply (eighth note), and locked (Eighth rest) buttons should have a small picture before the words
Text to insert : New Topic, Reply, Locked, Quote, +Multi-Quote, -Multi-Quote, +Thanks, -Thanks, Edit, Delete, I.P. and ! Report
Link to the font to download : I want it to be the same font that's already on my forum
Font color : I was thinking the neon light blue that's on my forum background
