sorry if i posted on the wrong section but,
is it possible that only a member can register 1 account in 1 computer? is there any code or script? or is it a feature that is needed for the webhost? because I banned 5 members from my forum, deleted their accounts but they just keep coming back, I don't know.. they still have the same ip addresses. so is it.. possible?

I'm sorry but that feature isn't possible at the moment here on forumotion.

I suggest you IP ban them.
Admin panel >> Users & Groups ( Tab ) >> Ban control > IP Ban > Set the IP & ban.
