As the title says, I am the only person with access to the administration panel of my forum. Without unnecessary detail, some things happened, and a guy who happens to be a hacker got into everybody's accounts and reset all of their passwords. I don't know what to do. I figured I would come here and see if there's a way for somebody from Support to get in and either reset my password and send me an email containing the new password, or change the setting in contest in the Administration panel.

This is the error I get when I try to get my password, the setting I need reset.

The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security
