i honestly do not see forumotion litigations taking any action against this.
For one as the administrator of a forum you can ban anyone you want for just about anything or any reason without explanation if they do not choose to put a reason on why a member was banned.
Two. it just seems there was some conversations going on that he did not like and banned you.So i would just try to contact the admin and apologise or explain and see if he will let you back in.. but this just seems to be a dispute of different opinions and the admin dint like it had the last word and put a ban in place?
i mean i do not know i am not a member of the forum.
But unless he has some major violations of forumsotions TOS. then i do not see forumotions litigation's taking any actions against this administrator or the forum.. people get banned from forums all the time. it is the forums owner and staff decisions on whether to ban someone or not.
So i mean if you want you can continue to report this.. but this is realy not a violation in forumotions eyes unless you can prove that it was racially motivated or something like that... but i do not see any indications of this.
Do some people neglect there powers? Are some admins just jerks.
Of course.. this is nothing you should see how brutal some of those gaming clan forums are.. and all over a silly video game.. there are many people that should not be running forums period.. but it's there forums so they can run it how they want and do what the want as long as they are not in any violations of forumotions TOS. Then forumotion has no reason to otherwise step in.
And you know what.. if he dont let you back in then just forget that place. there are zillion of other forums to where i am sure the staff and admin would be happy to have you there and a whole lot cooler too
