I hope it's okay I don't use the template for this.

I'd like a set of SpongeBob-themed ranks for my forum. Can this be accomplished?

INFO: No animation, ranks needed are - Administrators, Moderators, GFX Designers, Elite Members, and Members

BANNED = Plankton
