Edit: What shape you want them to be? Square, corners rounded on side ones (left with rounded left corner, right with rounded right corner) or every button rounded?

OK. The size already is 25 pixels.

oh. hmmmm it just looks a little bit tall compared to the rubbish versions.
edit: its becos the rubbish versions are shadowed sorry
