It looks like you have 67 pages of posts in one thread. Could you have reached the limit? Maybe that is how the software handles max posts: locks the thread and starts another with the same title?

I'm guessing-I haven't seen a thread with 67 pages of posts before.

The way I read it, you can have 255 forums.

You can have 65,000 topics in each forum.

You can have 990 posts in each topic. (This one applies in your case.)

You can have 65,000 characters in each post.
