I'm an admin on a forum. I have banned a user several times and they just change their IP. I think they have logged back online as a hidden user is it possible for me to view who the hidden users are or maybe disable the function.

They cant come as a hidden user.

You cannot really block the user, since it seems the user uses proxies.

to help ban a member make sure you ban the ip ...Email address and name of the member that will help a bit as most members only have one Email address it takes way to long to keep making new Email addresses up just to mess up your site

also you may want to set your site to admin can ok all new members

that way no one can get a new account with out your sayso 1st
