My forum is new here, but it is more or less being created from the ashes of a forum elsewhere. The owner there abandoned the forum, so I'm creating this one, and a few staff members will be coming over to help build it up, before we bring all the users. We have pretty everything we need, except a banner
Nature of the Creation: A banner for my forum
Size (In Pixels): Somewhere around 700x100, doesn't need to be exact, but with that general aspect ratio, and I'd prefer if the width was at least 600.
With or Without Animation: No animation required
Main Colors: Black and red
Pictures & Links: If possible, I would like the following two images to be in the banner somewhere:

Text to Insert : X-Factor Online (I would prefer that the forum URL is not shown on the banner)
Font (Provide Download Link): I really don't mind what font - whatever font you like to use
Font Color: Something which fits in with the rest of the banner - possibly black or red, but if something fits better, go for it

Extra Comments: I really appreciate the hard work you guys put in. I have no skill with graphics, so I really admire you guys for giving up your free time to help people like me.
If possible, I would like a copy of the .PSD for any banner that you come up with. Not sure if that's allowed, but just in case any changes to the forum (for example, we're talking about getting a proper domain at some point, it would be cool if I could just open the banner in photoshop and change the text to include the domain name. If sending me a PSD is not possible, it's no biggie, I just thought I'd ask
