Nav Bar Buttons Needed

Hello

i used a template of hotskin and it is realy good, and i want to create more buttons for the nav bar, but i dont know how to do the font and the image, i tried to contact the creator but he/she has not replied, i have even left a PM on their forum, but it looks like it has been inactived for a long time. Below is the type of text and image i need.

if anyone is willing to help make me some more buttons in the above style please reply, i will only need about 3-5 more.

That's my navbar.

People tend to use it in their Hitskin themes.
